Staff Profiles

Laurie Ginsberg  joined the Aspen Institute in July 2009. Laurie manages the Faculty Networks program which convenes academics and business leaders around topics in sustainability. Laurie is also involved in other CBE programming, including Beyond Grey Pinstripes and CasePlace.org.

Laurie recently returned from six months in Africa, where she was volunteering at a child rights NGO in Uganda. Prior to that, Laurie helped launch the U.S. office of a London-based CSR consultancy. Laurie spent the bulk of her career (10+ years) in marketing and business development roles in the financial services industry, at AllianceBernstein, Credit Suisse and Evercore Partners.

Laurie has an MBA in Finance and Marketing from NYU's Stern School of Business and a BA in History and Hebrew from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
