Looking forward to December meeting in Goa...
We are thrilled to report that plans are moving forward
nicely for our next TIP-India convening.
The meeting will be graciously hosted by Goa Institute of Management on December 11-12, 2009.
We are planning to broaden the TIP-India group so that
more business schools and students can benefit from the group's hard work. It would also be great to involve more junior
faculty and doctoral students. Please
start thinking about colleagues at your school and at other qualified business
schools who may want to contribute to the TIP-India dialogue.
Current TIP-India faculty participants are working diligently on their individual curriculum products. We are hoping to share five or six finished
products at the December meeting for you to take back and share broadly with your
institution. We will feature these products in subsequent TIP-India newsletters so you know what to look forward
to.
We are hoping to get students involved in the TIP-India
program as well. We are thinking about
conducting a student attitudes survey, similar to surveys we've done in the U.S.
and China (http://www.aspencbe.org/teaching/Student_Attitudes.html). We will keep you posted on that project and other TIP-India developments.
