Organizational Behavior
As scholars, commentators, and government officials struggle to understand the causes of the current economic crisis, insight into the psychology and sociology of the sometimes dysfunctional ways that people act in groups may go a long way toward helping to avoid similar problems in the future. This Closer Look examines how OB skills can enable managers to use an understanding of workplace dynamics to express their own best selves and to help shape positive organizational cultures in the workplace.
