Green Supply Chains
Environmental issues add increasing complexities to the supplier-buyer relationship, as the drive to limit emissions and reduce packaging places increasing pressures on managers already faced with the demands that price, timing and public relations demands issues create. Future business leaders require a thorough understanding of these new "green" issues. These links shed light on how businesses and business schools are preparing current and future leaders to integrate "green" considerations into supply chain management.

Call for Nominations for the annual Faculty Pioneer and Dissertation Proposal Awards

The Center for Business Education is pleased to once again call for nominations for the annual Faculty Pioneer Awards, referred to as the "Oscars of the business school world" by the Financial Times, and the Dissertation Proposal Award

Faculty Pioneer Awards celebrate educators who have demonstrated leadership and risk-taking in integrating social and environmental issues into academic research, educational programs and business practice. Nominations are open to all faculty members at any institution worldwide offering a graduate management degree.
 
The Dissertation Proposal Award encourages and recognizes Ph.D. students showing interest in issues of environmental, ethical, and social importance, and aims to nurture relationships with the next generation of faculty interested in these issues.
