Aspen Convenes Summit on Company Structure and Purpose
From June 9-11, The Aspen Institute Business and Society Program held its annual off-the-record Corporate Values Strategy Group (CVSG) Summit. The meeting was convened around the following question: what can we learn about businesses from different industries and geographies that employ creative ownership structures, governance principles, credos, investment strategies and incentive systems to align the purpose and performance of the company with the long-term health of society?
